Official Program Accommodations
Make the most of your visit to the Walt Disney World®Resort. Enjoy the special benefits and the Disney® signature quality and service that always surround you. Book your room with confidence at a uniquely themed Walt Disney World® Resort Hotel or stay close to the action at one of our many Walt Disney World® Resort Good Neighbor Hotels.
Housing Policy*: All participating teams (outside a 90 mile radius) are required to book a minimum of 6 room nights per team through the official tournament housing partner, GET Travel Sports (example: 3 rooms for 2 nights each). Challenge Sports and Disney® Sports Attractions have arranged for GET Travel to support all registered teams from the time they are ready to discuss their travel needs, through the conclusion of the tournament.
GET Travel will be able to help each team with hotel accommodations, theme park tickets, transportation and more. All teams, including commuting teams within the 90 mile radius of the venue, must contact GET Travel to get authorization to be accepted into the tournament. Please do not make any direct reservations on your own as it will not count towards your team’s compliance in the policy.
* It is recognized that there are valid circumstances within some teams or clubs to consider in regards to the housing policy minimum. If you think your team or club will have difficulty meeting the minimum requirement, please contact GET Travel Sports at 888-877-4445, option 3 or info@GETTravel.com.
Multiple Room Block Requests: Coaches or Team Travel Planners wishing to secure a block of rooms for up to 7 days without deposit, you are required to call our Sports Travel Experts at (888) 877-4445, Option 3 to assist you. This allows time for the organizer to contact all families and have them call in on their own to secure their room with deposit over the dates they need. This room block option is not available online and available only until June 18, 2012. After this date no blocks will be accepted and a $50 deposit per room is due at time of booking.
Payment Deadline: Full payment due on each account is charged on July 5, 2012.

- HOTEL & DISNEY’S MAGICAL EXPRESS PROVISIONS:
- A $50 deposit per room is due by 7th day of hold if before June 18, 2012. Afterwards, a deposit is due at time of booking.
- Cancellations made in writing prior to July 6, 2012 will receive a full refund, less a $10 transaction fee
- Unless requested in writing in advance, all credit cards on file will be automatically charged the balance due on each account on the latest final payment date of July 2, 2012. Please make sure the correct card is on file prior to the July 2, 2011 deadline.
- For those at WDW® properties and eligible for Disney’s Magical Express, full rooming and flight information is due per person traveling, to GET Travel on or before July 2, 2012 with Auto Pay on July 2, 2012.
- For those at Good Neighbor/Offsite properties, full rooming and Auto Pay due on July 2, 2012.
- Bookings made after July 2, 2012 must be paid in full at time of booking.
- We understand that plans fall through or change sometimes. GET Travel does not charge a cancel fee. However, the hotel(s) you’re reserved in imposes the following penalties to its customers that we are required to pass on: For a cancellation made July 6 to July 18, 2012, there is a minimum cancellation fee of One Night’s Room & Tax per room plus any additional fees incurred by GET Travel from hotels or other suppliers up to the full value of the reservation.
- No refund if reservation is canceled or reduced after July 19, 2012, or for early departures.
- Reservations are not considered confirmed until final payment has been received.
- All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
- Time of booking does not secure a location or special options.
- Upon arrival, all hotels will require a credit card hold for incidentals or a cash deposit
- Reservations reserved under the same team name are automatically requested to be blocked together, but are not guaranteed.
- Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
- Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed. Associated fees to be paid onsite as an incidental

- GET Travel does not control any additional group or leisure business that the Walt Disney World® Resort or other program hotel properties books into its hotels and cannot be held responsible of the actions or behavior of others. Noise and Safety complaints are a hotel level issue and GET Travel is instructed by all hotels as a first response to refer guests with noise and/or safety complaints to hotel security and the front desk.
- Hotel Changes and/or special requests must be submitted in advance via our “Hotel Change and Special Request form” located on the event website under the Trip Resources tab link. All changes & special requests must be received and acknowledged by GET Travel Sports in order for us to identify any costs associated with your request. Once noted we will submit directly to the hotel with your paid in full reservation. All changes and/or special requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed by the hotel.
- Any costs associated with your change and/or a special request must be paid in advance to GET Travel or in some instances, to the hotel upon checking in/out. In the event that you do not pay the additional costs, fees and/or incidental charges incurred and the hotel charges GET Travel Sports these unpaid costs, you will be required to pay that fee immediately to GET Travel.
