Housing Policy: To participate in the Challenge 3v3 National Championships, all teams must book hotel accommodations through GET Travel Sports, the WALT DISNEY WORLD® approved Travel Partner for this event.
Multiple Room Block Requests: Coaches or Team Travel Planners wishing to hold a secure block of rooms for up to 7 days without deposit, you are required to call our Sports Travel Experts at (888) 877-4445, Option 3 to assist you. This option is not available online and available only until May 28, 2010. After this date no blocks will be accepted and a $50 deposit per room is due at time of booking. Full payment and final reservations are due July 6, 2010.
- Once your reservation is made: $50 deposit due per room.
- All accommodations are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
- Transportation to the ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex is now available from select Disney hotel, but is not recommended for groups on specific schedules.
- If flying, Disney’s Magical Express Airport Shuttle service is available at the official WDW® owned and operated Resorts and is out of the Orlando International Airport (MCO) only. Flight Information deadline to GET Travel Sports is Tuesday, July 6, 2010. See transportation tab for more instruction and details pertaining to Disney’s Magical Express.
- Hotel room locations cannot be guaranteed, but teams are requested to be blocked together.
- Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed. Associated fees to be paid onsite as an incidental.
- Room and tax only (with the exception of cleaning fees on certain room types) will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Time of booking does not secure a location or special options.
- Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
