Event Spectator Tickets:
Spectator admission is required for all tournament games at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Length-of-Event tournament passes (LOE) allow for admission to all days of the tournament. There are 3 options for purchasing Length-of-Event tournament passes: 1) Through GET Travel by calling in or online, 2) Direct through a Walt Disney World® special online link provided below , or 3) purchase at the box office of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex during the event.

Option 2 – Walt Disney World® Resort Direct

(7:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time)- All pre purchased tickets, with the exception of Disney's Caribbean Beach guest orders, are to be picked up at the GET Travel Desk in the lobby of Disney's All-Star MUSIC Resort. Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort guests will have a GET Travel Desk in the lobby. The hours of operation of the GET Travel desks will be finalized no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival and posted in the January event travel guide. The first date/ time available for pick up is Wednesday, January 11 at 9am.
- Specially Priced Sports theme park admission tickets are separate tickets and cannot be included as a part of your hotel room key. Walt Disney World® Concierge or Guest Services cannot upgrade or change your specially priced ticket in any way.
- Ticket Shipping Deadline December 28, 2011 & Ticket Pre-Purchase Deadline January 2, 2012. Specially priced tickets are valid 7 days prior to event start date through 7 days after event ends. Once the ticket expires, any remaining days or options will be lost. Each day of use of a Park Hopper Ticket constitutes one full day of use. Some activities/events may be separately priced. Advanced purchase is required for all special offers listed. Ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable and upgrades are not available once the tickets have left the possession of GET Travel. Parking fees are not included if you are not staying in a Disney owned resort.
- TICKET SHIPPING:
Documents can be shipped to you prior to arrival date for a minimum fee of $22 for all domestic shipments and a minimum fee of $35 for all International shipments. If shipping is not selected and pre-purchased, please be advised that the first opportunity for onsite ticket pick up will be Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 9am. If you need your tickets prior to this date and time, ticket shipping must be purchased by stated deadline. GET Travel Sports and Events or the Walt Disney World® Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
