TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Final Payment Due Friday, December 9, 2011.
- $50.00 Deposit is Non-refundable / Non-transferable.
- Cancellations made after Tuesday, December 20, 2011 are Non-refundable.
- $10 fee will be assessed for each declined credit card transaction.
- $20 fee will be assessed for each returned check.
- All room categories are Standard View Rooms and do not include sales tax.
- All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
- Hotel room locations cannot be guaranteed, but groups are requested to be blocked together.
- Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed.
- Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Time of booking does not secure a location or option.
- Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
