- All room categories are Standard View Rooms and do not include sales tax.
- All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
- Hotel room locations cannot be guaranteed, but groups are requested to be blocked together.
- Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed.
- Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Time of booking does not secure a location or option.
- Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
- Hotel Changes and/or special requests must be submitted in advance via our “Hotel Change and Special Request form” located on the event website under the Trip Resources tab link. All changes & special requests must be received and acknowledged by GET Travel Sports in order for us to identify any costs associated with your request. Once noted we will submit directly to the hotel with your paid in full reservation. All changes and/or special requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed by the hotel.
- Any costs associated with your change and/or a special request must be paid in advance to GET Travel or in some instances, to the hotel upon checking in/out. In the event that you do not pay the additional costs, fees and/or incidental charges incurred and the hotel charges GET Travel Sports these unpaid costs, you will be required to pay that fee immediately to GET Travel.
