3rd Annual World Salsa Championships..
Where the World Dances Together...

Millions of people worldwide watched the finals on ESPN International of the 1st and 2nd Annual World Salsa Championships celebrated in Las Vegas during the past two years. The 3rd Annual World Salsa Championships is soon approaching, and Australia, Colombia, Mexico, USA, Venezuela and Puerto Rico will defend their titles in the bringing again the best talented dancers from all over the world to Walt Disney World® Resorts in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Be part of the History…this show will again be seen worldwide.

The 3rd Annual Salsa Championships will be bringing intense action and euphoria to Walt Disney World® Resorts. This event features the top dancers from all over the world competing in four different divisions:

• On 1 Division – Dancing on the Downbeat / LA Style
• On 2 Division - Dancing the Mambo New York Style
• Cabaret Division – Any dancing with lifts above the shoulders
• Team Division – 6 or more dancers

This is a true International event with dancers traveling from 6 continents across the globe as far as Europe, Bulgaria, Korea, China, Japan, Peru, Argentina and New Zealand.

WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort
The event will be celebrated at the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort located in the heart of WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort area in the Orlando area from December 12 - 16, 2007. Featuring a distinctive southwestern style, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is one of the largest single-level convention hotels on the East Coast. There will be Salsa workshops, seminars and vendors selling Salsa memorabilia, clothing, shoes, books, etc. After the competition you will be able to dance Salsa, Mambo, Rumba, Cha-cha-cha with live music by world-renowned artists and DJ’s.

About Our Executive Producer - Rob Beiner
The TV producer for the World Salsa Championships is Rob Beiner. For over twenty-five years, Rob Beiner has produced or directed more than 2000 sports and entertainment telecasts on cable, network or Pay-Per-View television for major TV networks such as ABC Sports, CBS, NBC Sports, USA Network and ESPN. His successful production and direction career include seven Olympic Games, notable Boxing Championship Fights like Mike Tyson vs. Evander Holyfield, NCAA Basketball and Football, Comedy Central, Kentucky Derby,etc. He is the recipient/winner of twelve SPORTS EMMY AWARDS from The National Academy of Theater Arts and Sciences.
