Magic Kingdom Park

Walt Disney wanted everyone to experience the things he treasured most, so he built a Theme Park that captured his childhood memories and dreams – the Magic Kingdom® Park! A whimsical place where storybook fantasy becomes everyday reality. Here you can journey through seven fantastical lands, and experience an enchanting parade, amazing attractions and more.

Main Street, U.S.A.® is a reproduction of small town America at the moment when horse-drawn streetcars met the horseless carriage. It’s also the site of the daily Share A Dream Come True Parade. Up ahead is Cinderella Castle, the centerpiece of the park. On the castle’s forecourt stage, Cinderellabration allows Guests to witness beloved Cinderella’s Coronation. From here, all directions head to magical adventures.

Adventureland® offers a voyage wit the rowdiest crew that ever sacked the Spanish main on Pirates of the Caribbean. The Jungle Cruise travels the rivers of the four continents to find exotic animals, zany explorers and ancient ruins. There’s more fun as The Magic Carpets of Aladdin take you soaring high over Agrabah past a couple of “spitting” camels.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is the focus of Frontierland®. It’s a swervy, curvy roller coaster ride as a runaway train races through an abandoned mine. Over at Splash Mountain®, guests hop into a hollowed-out log and follow the adventures of Brer Rabbit…right into the briar patch on a five-story drop!

Liberty Square depicts early America with riverboat trips, the Hall of Presidents, and the 999 grim grinning ghosts in the not-so-scary The Haunted Mansion.

Fantasyland® is a whimsical land of classical Disney tales. “it’s a small world” is a classic and favorite the world over, and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is a willy nilly silly good time. Laugh it up with Donald and the gang in Mickey’s Philharmagic, a rollicking, frolicking 3-D “sym-funny” of surprises.

Adjacent to Fantasyland® is Mickey’s Toontown®Fair, where children can visit the houses of Mickey and Minnie, and play on Donald’s boat, an interactive water fountain. At Goofy’s Wiseacre Farm, ride the Barnstormer, a roller coaster just for young people.

Tomorrowland® features Space Mountain®, a high-speed race through the inky blackness of space. But watch out for the all-new attraction Stich’s Great Escape™, featuring some of the most sophisticated Audio-Animatronics® technology ever developed by Walt Disney imagineering. On Astro Orbiter®, guests pilot their own star cruiser.

But the magic only gets brighter at night with Wishes™ - the grand new fireworks spectacular. Narrated by the voice of Jiminy Cricket, the show tells a tale about making a wish come true, featuring classic Disney songs and character voices accompanied by fireworks exploding above and around Cinderella Castle. The Magic Kingdom® Park is where storybook dreams are a reality.

Hours of Operation
The Magic Kingdom® Park typically opens at 9:00 am. The closing time varies from 6:00 t0 10:00 pm. The later closing times occur near the winter holidays, the Easter holiday, and during the summer, generally from late June through late August.
