Disney's All-Star Music Resort is a Disney Value Resort hotel featuring giant icons that pay homage to classic music genres—including Broadway show tunes, calypso, country, jazz and rock n' roll. The Resort's central building is named Melody Hall, and the facility includes the Main Lobby check-in desk, the Intermission Food Court, Maestro Mickey's shop and the Note'able Games Arcade. - 7 Day Complimentary Holds on rooms available until February 15, 2011. A $50 deposit is due at the end of the 7th day to confirm the room.
- After February 16th, a $50 deposit is due at the time of booking
- Final payment on room is due the week of March 1-4, 2011. March 5-22 cancellations incur a one night room and tax penalty per room. No refunds or reductions after March 22.
- Reservations are not considered confirmed until final payment has been received.
- All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
- Time of booking does not secure a location or special options.
- All hotels will require a credit card hold for incidentals or a cash daily deposit
- Teams reserved under the same name are automatically requested to be blocked together, but are not guaranteed.
- Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
- Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed. Associated fees to be paid onsite as an incidental
- Private and Direct bus transportation to the ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex is provided only from the Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Minimums of 50 rooms per property apply.
- If flying, Disney's Magical Express Airport Shuttle service is available at the official Walt Disney World® owned and operated Resorts and is out of the Orlando International Airport (MCO) only. Flight Information deadline to GET Travel Sports is March 4, 2011. See transportation tab for more instruction and details pertaining to Disney's Magical Express
