All new players must register at the Headquarters Tent on Saturday 10⁄3⁄09
Cost per player is $95 Player fee covers Disneyland® park admission, celebration and Disney pinne.

Attention Coaches!
Please photocopy the appropriate number of minor⁄adult Sports Waiver forms for your team. Each minor must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver form.
All unsubmitted waivers must be turned in on Saturday 10⁄3⁄09 at the Headquarters Tent. Copies will be provided.
