Changes and/or special request are not guaranteed and will require time for GET Travel to approve and/or fulfill.Change and/or special requests must be submitted within 7 business days prior to event start date.

• Hotel Changes and/or special requests must be submitted in advance via our “Hotel Change and Special Request form” located on the event website under the Trip Resources tab link. All changes & special requests must be received and acknowledged by GET Travel Sports in order for us to identify any costs associated with your request. Once noted we will submit directly to the hotel with your paid in full reservation. All changes and/or special requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed by the hotel.
• Any costs associated with your change and/or a special request must be paid in advance to GET Travel or in some instances, to the hotel upon checking in/out. In the event that you do not pay the additional costs, fees and/or incidental charges incurred and the hotel charges GET Travel Sports these unpaid costs, you will be required to pay that fee immediately to GET Travel.
