All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
Hotel room locations cannot be guaranteed, but teams are requested to be blocked together.
Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed.
Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
Time of booking does not secure a location or special options.
Final payment for all hotel rooms is due Friday, February 12, 2010.
Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
