Important Notice: Housing Policy: In order to be approved for scheduling into the AAU Inline Hockey Jr. Olympics, minimally all coaches and participants residing outside the 5 county Southern California area must purchase their hotel accommodations through GET Travel Sports at the program hotels offered by GET Travel Sports, the Official Travel Partner for this event.

• When reserving multiple rooms for a team, a room block can be held without deposit for up to seven days. After seven days a $50 deposit due per room either by the team representative or individual families up to May 24th. After May 24th, full payment is due at time of booking.
• FINAL PAYMENT is due on May 25, 2012.
• All room categories are Standard View Rooms and do not include sales tax.
• All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
• Hotel room locations cannot be guaranteed, but groups are requested to be blocked together.
• Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed.
• Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
• Time of booking does not secure a location or option.
• Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
