Airport Transportation
Please review the following transportation options:
For International teams only - Airport (from LAX or SNA) and game venue transportation is included in the International Hotel Headquarters room rate. International Teams choosing the complementary transportation* option must stay at the Hilton Costa Mesa hotel and pre-register your team for the transportation.
Please click the "register now" button to register your team (need team name, participants (minimum 10 maximum 50 per bus), arrival & departure date/time). This must be completed by June 1.
For all Domestic teams – airport transportation* is included from the program hotels for all teams or individuals arriving into Orange County Airport (SNA) only. Game day shuttle transportation is not included in the Domestic Hotel Headquarters room rate. The headquarter hotel is the Radisson Hotel Newport Beach.
All Domestic participants arriving into LAX or any Southern California airport other than SNA must provide their own transportation to/from the hotel and to game venues.
All participants staying at any hotel other than the Hilton Costa Mesa must provide their own transportation to/from the game venues.

*Complimentary Transportation Disclaimer: The stated complimentary shuttle transportation from specific program hotels to/from the Orange County/John Wayne Airport is provided by each hotel's normal airport shuttle system. It is not private or pre-arranged transportation and may take several trips for a large group or large number of people to get to and from this airport. Once individuals arrive at the airport and collect baggage, use the courtesy phones to contact the hotel directly to let them know you are ready. The hotel will inform you about when and where to pick up the hotel shuttle. The program hotels located in the cities of Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Newport Beach and Irvine and do not provide any airport shuttle offer from the Los Angeles Airport.
