• A reservation can be held without deposit for up to seven days. After seven days a $50 deposit due per room.
• FINAL PAYMENT: 7 days prior to the start of the event the credit card on file will be automatically charged for the remaining balance. Bookings made after 7 days prior to the event must be paid in full at time of booking.
• All room categories are Standard View Rooms and do not include sales tax.
• All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
• Hotel room locations cannot be guaranteed, but groups are requested to be blocked together.
• Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed.
• Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
