Event Housing Policy:: Although there is not a requirement to use the program hotels offerings, it is highly recommended. These official Program Hotels offer a variety of options and include an assorted mix of lowest price, quality, location, amenities and service. Don't see what you're looking for? GET Travel also has program housing partners available in the vacation home/condo and the lower priced budget/economy hotels. The program hotels help NASP fund the costs associated for this event so your participation is a win/win.

Team/School Hotel Room Block Assistance: Coaches or Team Travel Planners wishing to hold a secure block of rooms for up to 7 days without deposit, you are required to call our Sports Travel Experts at (888) 877-4445, Option 3 to assist you. This option is not available online and available through August 31, 2011. After this date no blocks will be accepted and a $50 deposit per room is due at time of booking.

Payment Deadline: Full payment and final reservations are due Thursday, September 15, 2011.

Hotel Provisions


• A $50 deposit per room is due by 7th day of hold if before August 31, 2011. Afterwards, a deposit is due at time of booking.
• Unless requested in writing in advance, all credit cards on file will be automatically charged the balance due on each account on the latest final payment date of September 15, 2011. Please make sure the correct card is on file prior to the September 15, 2011 deadline.
• For those at WALT DISNEY WORLD® properties and eligible for Disney’s Magical Express, full rooming and flight information is due per person traveling, to GET Travel on or before September 6, 2011 with Auto Pay on September 15, 2011.
• FINAL PAYMENT is due the week of September 8-15, 2011. All payments must be received by September 15, 2011. Bookings made afterwards must be paid in full at time of booking.
• We understand that plans fall through or change sometimes. GET Travel does not charge a cancel fee. However, the hotel(s) you’re reserved in imposes the following penalties to its customers that we are required to pass on: For a cancellation made September 7-23, 2011, there is a minimum cancellation fee of One Night’s Room & Tax per room plus any additional fees incurred by GET Travel from hotels or other suppliers up to the full value of the reservation.
• No refund if reservation is canceled or reduced after September 23, 2011, or for early departures.
• Reservations are not considered confirmed until final payment has been received.
• All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
• Time of booking does not secure a location or special options.
• All hotels will require a credit card hold for incidentals or a cash deposit
• Teams reserved under the same name are automatically requested to be blocked together, but are not guaranteed.
• Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
• Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
• Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed. Associated fees to be paid onsite as an incidental
