Where exactly is the track located?

• The track is located on the property adjacent to Disney’s Pop Century Resort. A map displaying its exact location and directions will be provided soon.

What is the distance from the different hotels to the track?

• Disney’s Pop Century Resort – Distance: 0.25 miles, Time: 1 minute
  
• Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort - Distance: 1.94 miles, Time: 5 minutes
  
• Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside - Distance: 3.62 miles, Time: 9 minutes
  
• Disney’s Fort Wilderness Camp Site - Distance: 6.50 miles, Time: 15 minutes
  
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge - Distance: 4.56 miles, Time: 10 minutes

Can I walk to the track from Disney’s Pop Century Resort?

• No, the track is not accessible by foot.
  

When will I have time to go to the parks?

• Events are scheduled to end around 4:00p.m. each day, which will allow ample time for participants to enjoy other activities at the Walt Disney World® Resort?

So why can I park my RV, but not leave it overnight?

• The event location is not equipped with access to hook-ups and not set up to accommodate overnight parking. Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, which is close by accommodates RVs. Contact GET Travel for detailed package information.

Will I have to transport my bike between the hotel and the track?

• No. There will be a locked location at the track for bike storage.

If I don’t have a car, how can I get to the event location site?

• By private automobile. If you have purchased a package through GET Travel and are staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, a private shuttle bus will be available at an additional cost.

Can I bring a Tent?

• Yes, we will provide a designated area for both teams and open participants to set up a tent but it must meet the following guidelines:
  
  1. Must be an “EZ-” Pop Tent
     
  2. Dimensions cannot exceed 10’ x 10’
     
  3. Cannot be left up overnight

What are my options for eating at the venue?

• There will be a full concession area providing some of the following:
  
  1. Breakfast – coffee, bagels, Danish, juice, and other hot foods
     
  2. Lunch – snacks, hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, wraps, pizza, and more

How can I get my bike to the event location?
