MANDATORY HOTEL BOOKING POLICY
- To participate in the 2008 California Winter Games, all teams are required to book hotel accommodations through our official housing bureau, GET Travel Sports & Events, at one of the listed CSG host hotels offered at discounted prices. See Hotel Discount page for details on rates and how to book your rooms.
- Teams choosing not to book hotel rooms through GET Travel Sports & Events are required to pay a $50 Deviation Fee per team made payable to California State Games. Upon completion of paid Deviation Fee, teams are accepted into the tournament.
- Exemptions: Teams residing in San Diego, Orange or Riverside County are exempt from the mandatory Hotel Booking Policy.

- Reserve hotel rooms at one of many discounted, quality hotels offered near each competition venue.
- GET Travel Sports and Events provides Team Contact Confirmation, including hotel rooms and packages reserved, via email or US mail.
- Teams or individuals participating in Ice Hockey events, will receive email confirmation from GET Travel on behalf of California State Games confirming your acceptance into the tournament. Acceptance is contingent upon confirmed Hotel room booking with GET Travel Sports and Events and event registration paid to California State Games.
