Hotel Package Provisions


• When reserving multiple rooms for a team, a room block can be held without deposit for up to seven days. After seven days a $50 deposit due per room either by the team representative or individual families up to January 23rd. After January 23rd, a $50 deposit per room is due at time of booking.
• Cancellations made in writing prior to January 31st, 2012 will receive a full refund, less a $10 transaction fee
• We understand that plans fall through or change sometimes. GET Travel does not charge a cancel fee. However, the hotel(s) you’re reserved in imposes the following penalties to its customers that we are required to pass on, for a cancellations made after January 31st, 2012
• Reservations are not considered confirmed until final payment has been received.
• All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served.
• Time of booking does not secure a location or special options.
• All hotels will require a credit card hold for incidentals or a cash deposit
• Teams reserved under the same name are automatically requested to be blocked together, but are not guaranteed.
• Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights requested, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
• Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
• Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds are options that can be requested but are not guaranteed. Associated fees to be paid onsite as an incidental
