- Room reservations: Advanced room reservations require a valid credit card in the name of the registrant in order to guarantee your hotel room(s) and the room rates offered.
- Final Payment: Your credit card will be charged for the applicable room rate and hotel tax for each night of your requested reservation on Monday, July 9th. If you need to change credit cards prior to arrival/check please notify GET Travel Sports of new credit card at check-in. The credit card on file will be charged for room rate and tax and will appear on your statement from our parent company “WorldPass Travel Group”.
- Only the published room rate and hotel tax will be charged to your credit card for the number of nights requested. Any selected options including parking charges, phone calls, room service, and other options, not already part of your published room rate will be considered as incidental charges to your room and will require payment by you directly to the hotel at check-out.
- Any modifications to your hotel reservation including additional room nights desired or any reductions in room nights to your existing reservation can be made at no charge but must be made in writing through GET Travel in order to receive appropriate account adjustments.
- Hotel reward points for Marriott Hotels will be issued to the guest making the reservation through GET Travel. Guest must submit rewards points number to GET Travel at least 2 weeks prior to check in, in order to receive rewards points. For all other hotel properties due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
- Full cancellations to existing reservations are accepted with full refund if communicated in writing to GET Travel Sports at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival/check-in (i.e. full cancellations made prior to 3pm Pacific Time 3 days before check-in date). Full cancellations or any “no-show” reservations that occur with 24 hours of scheduled arrival/check-in (i.e. full cancellations received after 3pm Pacific Time day before check-in) will result in a one (1) night room & tax penalty. Note: GET Travel Sports does not charge any cancellation fees, however, GET, on behalf of the hotel is responsible for collection their hotel fees.
- All room categories unless previously stated, will be the standard rooms and based on availability.
- Hotel room option requests (refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds, etc.) are options that can be requested in advance but are not guaranteed by the hotel.
- Time of booking does not secure a room location or requested option.
- Declined credit cards will be assessed a $10 per transaction processing fee.
- Hotel Changes and/or special requests must be submitted in advance via our “Hotel Change and Special Request form” located on the event website under the Trip Resources tab link. All changes & special requests must be received and acknowledged by GET Travel Sports in order for us to identify any costs associated with your request. Once noted we will submit directly to the hotel with your paid in full reservation. All changes and/or special requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed by the hotel.
- Any costs associated with your change and/or a special request must be paid in advance to GET Travel or in some instances, to the hotel upon checking in/out. In the event that you do not pay the additional costs, fees and/or incidental charges incurred and the hotel charges GET Travel Sports these unpaid costs, you will be required to pay that fee immediately to GET Travel.
