Hotel Room Blocks: Coaches or Team Travel Planners wishing to hold a secure block of rooms for up to 7 days without deposit, please call GET Travel at (888) 877-4445, Option 3 for assistance. This option is not available online. All room block holds will end no later than September 30, 2011. After this date a $50 deposit per room is due at time of booking.

HOTEL & DISNEY'S MAGICAL EXPRESS PROVISIONS:
- It is the responsibility of the individual booking the rooms to provide every person involved in the reservation(s) a copy of the terms and conditions and to check reservation accuracy on the original and subsequent GET Travel confirmation.
- All reservation change requests must be made via the official change form.
- Once your reservation is made or pulled from a room block a$50 deposit due per room is due.
- For Disney Hotels: October 14 and after, full payment is due at time of booking. For Offsite Hotels: October 21 and after, full payment is due at time of booking
- A deposit holds your reservation and full payment confirms it.
- Completed Walt Disney World hotel rooming plus full flight information due for all persons using Disney’s Magical Express Airport Service is October 4. Automatic charges for these reservations will be October 14.
- All reservations require a credit card guarantee
- Last day to cancel a Walt Disney World hotel reservation for Full Refund less a $10 transaction fee is October 14
- Disney & Offsite Group Utilization Date (10 or more rooms) – 80% guarantee deadline is October 14
- Off Site hotel rooming due October 21, unless where stated differently in hotel listing above. Automatic charges for these reservations will be November 4, or 3 business days prior to arrival
- Last day to cancel an offsite hotel reservation for Full Refund less a $10 transaction fee is November 4, or 3 business days prior to scheduled arrival
- Unless requested in writing in advance, all credit cards on file will be automatically charged the balance due on each account on the dates stated above. Please make sure the correct card is on file prior to the deadline.
- 72 Business Hours Out of any reservation start – No refunds for cancellations, no shows or reductions
- For those at WALT DISNEY WORLD® properties and eligible for the exclusive benefits of Disney’s Magical Express, your full rooming and flight information is due per person traveling, to GET Travel on or before October 4. See transportation tab for more instruction and details pertaining to Disney’s Magical Express
- Reservations are not considered confirmed until final payment has been received/processed. All hotels are booked on a space availability basis and is first come, first served. Time of booking does not secure a location or special options. Teams reserved under the same name are automatically requested to be blocked together, but are not guaranteed.
- Hotel room requests like refrigerators, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, cribs, rollaway beds, specific buildings or locations, are options that can be requested on your behalf, but are not guaranteed. Any associated fees for special requests to be paid onsite as an incidental.
- All hotels have their own incidentals policy, minimally all will require a credit card hold or a cash daily deposit
- Room and tax only will be charged to your account for the number of nights reserved in advance, any parking charges or additional requests that have a fee involved will be considered an incidental and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Due to specially priced hotel rooms, hotels participating in GET Travel programs are unable to issue Hotel Awards Points or Credits for stays booked through GET Travel.
- There is scheduled Disney® complimentary event shuttle transportation available to ESPN Wide World of Sports from Disney's All Star Resorts and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort only and will run during competition hours only.
